WHO CAN RECEIVE CES FOR THESE COURSES?
This course is approved by NASW-NC (#A-416-4192023) and in most states, social workers are able to receive CEs endorsed by a NASW state chapter. LCMHC's are often able to receive a portion of CEs from courses approved by organizations like NASW-NC. Who’s teaching these trainings?
Becca Odom is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Registered Yoga Teacher with over a decade of experience in the mental health and wellness field. She specializes in combining Somatic Approaches with EMDR for trauma recovery. Her passion is to empower others to heal themselves and she primarily works with women who have experienced trauma, chronic stress, and anxiety. She has been offering CE trainings on the topics of Trauma, Resilience, Yoga & Self-Care nationally for the last 9 years. She is passionate about supporting professionals to bring more trauma-informed tools into their clinical practice as well as for their own self-care to prevent burnout. She is trained in EMDR, Community Resiliency Model (CRM), Mindful Schools, Trauma-Focused Equine Assisted Psychotherapy, and has her 200-hour yoga teacher training certification.
