My mission is to provide an opportunity for individuals to create a deeper connection with themselves, others and their environment by combining the practices of mindful embodiment, modern neuroscience and ancient yoga practices in a revolutionary way. My goal is to provide a safe environment for self-exploration, healing and growth while developing a deeper connection between our mind, body and spirit.
