This workshop is open to the general community to practice somatic tools to use in our daily life to manage stress, build resilience, and manage burnout.Â
This is a space for learning tools for self-soothing, stress management, and sleep support for our own self-care.Â
No CEs are provided for this training as the focus is on personal application.Â
