Learn how to support the nervous system for managing anxiety, trauma, depression, and burnout prevention. The Trauma-Informed Body is a step-by-step somatic training designed for therapists, wellness professionals, and helpers who want to feel more confident and equipped in fostering nervous system resilience—both in themselves and their clients.

Through this live virtual training, with access to on-demand videos for continued integration support, you’ll build a practical, trauma-informed toolkit for grounding, co-regulation, and recovery.​​

Participants will learn trauma-informed, body-based interventions to support nervous system resilience during stress, overwhelm, and shutdown. 

After the live training, participants will have access to on-demand videos of the somatic tools to bring into both personal and professional settings. 


CE Information: Becca Odom Wellness, Provider #1955, is approved as an ACE provider to offer social work continuing education by the Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB) Approved Continuing Education (ACE) program. Regulatory boards are the final authority on courses accepted for continuing education credit. ACE provider approval period: 4/16/2025-4/16/2028. Becca Odom is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Registered Yoga Teacher with over a decade of experience in the mental health and wellness field. Becca specializes in combining Somatic Approaches with EMDR for trauma recovery.

​She primarily works with women who have experienced trauma, chronic stress and anxiety. Her passion is to empower others to heal themselves and she specializes in anxiety, trauma recovery and stress management. 

She is trained in EMDR, Community Resiliency Model (CRM), Mindful Schools, Trauma-Focused Equine Assisted Psychotherapy and has her 200-hour yoga teacher training certification.

WHEN DOES THE COURSE BEGIN?
This live virtual training is on Friday, October 10th. You will have access to on-demand videos of somatic tools for 1 year to return to so you can deepen the tools both personally and professionally. ​
WHO IS THIS COURSE FOR?
This course is made for social workers, counselors and any other mental health professionals who are wanting to bring more polyvagal and trauma-informed practices into their professional and personal life to prevent burnout and enhance trauma recovery.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE ACCESS TO THE COURSE?
This is a live virtual course and students will access to the on-demand videos for 1 year for further integration. ​​
WHAT ARE THE COURSE COMPLETION REQUIREMENTS
To earn CE credits for the live virtual course, participants must attend the entire training and complete a course evaluation. Certificates are emailed to participants within 7 business days after the course is completed, and the course evaluation is submitted. 
WHAT ARE THE COURSE INTERACTION AND SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS: ​
This live virtual course is interactive. Participants are asked to have their videos on for the majority of the training to enhance user experience and confirm attendance.
