Finally: Trauma Training That Gives You Tools, Not Just Theory
You've sat through the CE trainings that check a box. You've read about Polyvagal Theory and nodded along. But when a client shuts down, floods, or freezes in session, you're left wondering what to actually do.
Trauma lives in the body. So does healing. This bundle brings together three trainings that move you from understanding the nervous system to working with it, ethically, confidently, and in a way that protects you from burnout too.
This toolkit is for you if you're:
- A therapist, counselor, social worker, or mental health professional working with trauma, anxiety, or depression
- Ready to bring the body into the room, without overhauling the way you already practice
- Tired of trainings that feel dry, abstract, or impossible to apply
- Feeling stuck with clients who shut down, resist, or stay dysregulated
- Noticing the toll of secondary trauma or compassion fatigue in yourself
- Looking for meaningful CE hours that genuinely change how you practice

Polyvagal Theory in Therapy: The Science of Safety
Complex science in a digestible format. Understand Polyvagal Theory in a way that changes how you sit with clients, learn to recognize which nervous system state your client is in, and leave with concrete somatic tools and psychoeducation frameworks you can bring straight into session.
6 CE hours | $297
Ethics of Trauma-Informed Care
Ethics doesn't have to be dry. This dynamic, experiential training explores ethics through the lens of trauma-informed care and somatic practice, giving you grounded language and tools for navigating ethical dilemmas, and treating secondary trauma and compassion fatigue as an ethical priority, not an afterthought. [Confirm whether this meets ethics CE requirements for your audience's boards.]

Trauma-Informed Body: A Somatic Training for Supporting Anxiety, Trauma & Depression
This is not another sit-and-get CE. Through real case scenarios, learn how trauma is stored and expressed in the body, how to identify nervous system states in session, and which somatic practices to use for each state, so you can respond with skill, confidence, and care.
What You'll Walk Away With
Leave With More Than CE Credits
Most trainings check a box. This toolkit changes how you practice.
- A clear, confident understanding of the nervous system: what Polyvagal Theory is, how trauma is stored and expressed in the body, and how to explain it all to clients without losing them
- The ability to read nervous system states in session, in your client's body, behavior, voice, and language, and to know what to do next
- A working toolkit of somatic practices matched to each state, with guidance on when and how to introduce them, backed by real case scenario experience
- Psychoeducation frameworks you can bring directly into session to help clients understand their own responses
- Grounded, ethical presence: concrete language and somatic tools for navigating ethical dilemmas and challenging clinical moments from a regulated place
- A new lens on resistance, shutdown, and dysregulation, one that replaces frustration with curiosity and compassion
- Practices for your own nervous system, because co-regulation starts with you, and because recognizing secondary trauma and compassion fatigue is an ethical imperative
- A framework for integrating body-based approaches into the work you already do, no matter your modality or theoretical orientation
- Renewed confidence and purpose, even with your most dysregulated clients
What You'll Walk Away With
- A clear, practiced understanding of the order that matters: how and when to introduce somatic tools so they land — rather than overwhelm or miss the mark
- The ability to track nervous system states in real time during a session and make confident, grounded clinical decisions in response
- Hands-on experience teaching and demonstrating somatic tools in a small group setting — so you arrive at your next client session not just knowing the tools, but feeling confident teaching them
- A deepened ability to use tools that energize, ground, and center — and the clinical discernment to know which your client needs in any given moment
- A peer community of body-informed therapists who are doing this same work and can support your ongoing practice
- A felt sense of yourself as a somatic clinician — not just someone who has learned somatic tools, but someone who embodies them
- 8 CEs, Certificate of Completion, and Training Manual
