You already understand trauma. Now learn to recognize how it shows up in the body.

In just 2 hours, develop greater confidence for recognizing nervous system states, understand the core principles of energy regulation, and learn evidence-informed somatic tools you can begin integrating into your clinical work right away.

Learn a first set of somatic tools to bring yourself and your clients back into resilience and balance.

This is a live virtual CE training with somatic tools for mental health therapists supporting clients through trauma recovery — without burning out.

This is not another sit-and-get CE, this is learning you feel in your body and carry into your sessions.

Learn how to bring the body into the room with science-backed tools you can use with clients tomorrow.

Whether you're new to somatic approaches or looking to strengthen your trauma-informed practice, this training will give you a clear starting point—and a foundation you can continue building on.

Who This Training Is For

This training is for you if:

  • You're a mental health therapist or helping professional working with trauma survivors who sense the limitations of a purely talk-based approach
  • You've been curious about somatic therapy but don't know where to start — or how to explain it to clients
  • You want to understand the science of trauma and the body deeply enough to speak to it with confidence in session
  • You're experiencing the physical toll of doing this work — and want tools that support your own nervous system as much as your clients'
  • You believe in meeting clients where they are — including in their bodies — and want the skills to do that ethically and effectively
  • You want CE credits that actually teach you something useful

This training is not for you if you're looking for a purely academic overview with no clinical application. From the first hour, you'll be working with real tools and real frameworks you can bring into session immediately.

What You'll Walk Away With

  • A clear, confident understanding how to use the window of tolerance model with both your clients and yourself
  • The ability to recognize the 3 directions stress pulls the nervous system, and the specific signals to watch for in each state
  • Your first set of somatic tools for each state — an introduction into what's possible when you know how to match the tool to the moment
  • Language to explain nervous system states to clients in plain, accessible, non-clinical terms
  • A framework that immediately changes how you observe and understand what's happening in your sessions
  • 2 CEs and a solid foundation for the next level of somatic therapy

This is a practical guide - not a theory lecture.

In 2 hours, you'll learn how to introduce somatic principles and body-based practices into your existing therapy sessions, how to read and respond to your clients' nervous system states, and how to use those same tools to protect your own.

Your clients get more pathways to healing. You get a more sustainable practice. And you'll be ready to use what you learn starting with your very next session.
