The Resilient Clinician
A Skills-Based Cohort for Therapists to Help Clients Recover From Trauma While Preventing You From Burning Out.
Finally, a training that fills your clinical toolkit and restores you at the same time.
In this 4-week live virtual cohort, you'll receive a step-by-step guide on how to bring somatic therapy principles and practices in a clinical setting.
Learn tools to help clients recover from trauma while preventing you from burning out.
Develop ways to track a client's nervous system state in real time, provide somatic tools to support themselves there, and embody those tools for your own burnout prevention.
This is an experiential training that provides a safe space to practice teaching somatic tools in a small, supportive group — so you leave not just knowing the tools, but confident using them.
Receive hands on support from a somatic therapist with 15+ years of experience in the field of mental health to review case scenarios, personalized consultations for implementation support, and more in the live Q&As during this 4-week cohort that starts on Friday, October 23rd, 2026.

Who This Is For
This training is for you if:
- You have a foundational understanding of somatic approaches and nervous system states and are ready to move from knowing the tools to actually using them with confidence
- You want to learn alongside a small community of colleagues — practicing, getting feedback, and refining your skills in real time
- You're tired of trainings that give you frameworks but leave you unsure of how to sequence and introduce tools with real clients
- You want to understand not just what tools to use, but when — how to track your client's nervous system state in the moment and choose the most supportive response
- You're committed to showing up consistently over 4 weeks and doing the deeper work that a single training can't hold
This training is not for you if you're looking for abstract theory without practical application. Every concept here comes with a tool attached.
What You'll Walk Away With
- A clear, practiced understanding of the order that matters: how and when to introduce somatic tools so they land — rather than overwhelm or miss the mark
- The ability to track nervous system states in real time during a session and make confident, grounded clinical decisions in response
- Hands-on experience teaching and demonstrating somatic tools in a small group setting — so you arrive at your next client session not just knowing the tools, but feeling confident teaching them
- A deepened ability to use tools that energize, ground, and center — and the clinical discernment to know which your client needs in any given moment
- A peer community of body-informed therapists who are doing this same work and can support your ongoing practice
- A felt sense of yourself as a somatic clinician — not just someone who has learned somatic tools, but someone who embodies them
- 8 CEs, Certificate of Completion, and Training Manual
