This is a practical guide - not a theory lecture.

In 2 hours, you'll learn how to introduce somatic principles and body-based practices into your existing therapy sessions, how to read and respond to your clients' nervous system states, and how to use those same tools to protect your own.

Your clients get more pathways to healing. You get a more sustainable practice. And you'll be ready to use what you learn starting with your very next session.

This is a live virtual training & you will receive a Certificate of Completion by email after completing the course evaluation.

SEE WHAT OTHER'S HAVE TO SAY:

“This has been one of the best professional development trainings I have done in my 5 years of being licensed. As a provider who also does training and teaching around trauma, I found this to be a new and greatly additive training with practical application.”
— Julia L.

“Becca's trainings give clear and tangible information and opportunities to integrate the learning through practice and hands on experiences. This training brings more solid understanding of the Autonomic Nervous system states, Polyvagal Theory and the impacts of trauma.”
— Deb D,

“I learned the science as well as concrete practices for not only supporting my clients in trauma-informed ways, but also recognizing my own needs and how I move through my autonomic nervous systems states.”
— Sarah W.
