This Level 3 Ethics of Trauma-Informed Care training will build upon the principles and practices from Level 1 and 2 to help therapists continue to integrate these into a clinical setting.
We have both a self-paced version available now and will be teaching this course live virtually on March 14th from 9:15-11:30 am EST.
In this training, we expand on ways to integrate Polyvagal Theory into a clinical setting for both personal and professional use.
We will learn enhanced somatic practices to stimulate the vagus nerve and regulate the autonomic nervous system for both self-regulation and co-regulation.
Therapists interact with trauma survivors every day, and secondary trauma's effects can have long-lasting impacts. Because trauma-informed care begins with the practitioner, this training focuses on teaching simple, effective interventions to create safety and trust with clients and colleagues.
Participants will leave with a wide variety of tools so they can better lead their agency, unit or team toward becoming a more trauma-informed organization.
This training is available now as a virtual self-paced training, or you can attend it live on Friday, March 14th from 9:15-11:30 am EST, and participants can earn 2 Ethics CEs.

Testimonial
"I took Becca's Yoga for Resiliency & Trauma Recovery in 2017. I learned fun brain games, the importance of grounding and re-orienting, and neuroscience tidbits such as the effects of bilateral stimulation. Becca is a wealth of knowledge and perspective, extremely engaging, and appropriately gentle in her approach. She is an amazing resource in our community and I recommend anyone who is called to take one, or many, of her courses."

"I learned the science as well as concrete practices for not only supporting my clients in trauma-informed ways, but also recognizing my own needs and how I move through my autonomic nervous systems states."
