This Embodying Ethical Boundaries in the Workplace training will support therapists in applying somatic and experiential practices for exploring ethical boundaries, embodiment, and resilience in the workplace.
This course will provide tools to manage stress, help develop systems to track boundaries, and embodiment practices for navigating power dynamics in relation to those with whom we work.
Participants will leave with simple, effective interventions to create more of a sense of safety and embodiment in the workplace.
Please come prepared to gently move your body and engage in these expressive arts exercises.
